One big downside was the slow elevator service. it took forever to get down sometimes. Although I enjoyed the bellman’s service, the front desk staff weren’t particularly friendly. The restaurant had some good items, but they were limited and slow during busy hours. Overall, it didn't feel worth the price paid, considering the issues with cleanliness and service. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if high standards are a priority.

We loved the view from our room, and the historic vibe was cool. The valet service was attentive and quick. Despite some elevator issues, our stay was enjoyable, especially with those late-night snacks in the restaurant.
